Start writing
From Home, choose Day, Evening, or Write an entry. Add a title if you want one, then type in the main writing area.

Speak or attach context
Use the microphone to record speech for transcription. Review the inserted text before continuing. The Attachments paperclip menu offers camera, gallery, files, document scan, and text scan, subject to device permissions and availability.

Leave unfinished writing safely
Tap the back control and choose Save and exit. This keeps the writing as a draft. Clear and exit discards the draft, so use it only when you intend to remove that unfinished work.

Complete the entry
Tap the top-right control labeled Next. The app opens Mood Entry. Choose Skip, or answer any questions and tap Next. When the recap appears, tap Done to return.
The recap and Reflekt are optional AI aids. Saving your writing does not depend on receiving an AI response. An entry may still be waiting to sync after it is saved on this iPhone.
