If you already have Recollekt beta access, begin by recording an experience in your own words. That entry becomes part of the personal history you can reflect on and revisit. A few lines are enough; there is no required prompt or minimum length.
The current app can open in local mode. Sign in with an email code or Apple when you want writing connected to your Recollekt account for cloud sync. Check the signed-in account before relying on account history.
1

Open Home

Choose Day to start your day, Evening to close it, or Write an entry for a blank entry. If you already started that path today, the app can reopen its unfinished draft.
2

Write or speak

Type in the editor, or use the microphone control to transcribe your speech into the entry. Review the words before moving on. You can add a title or attachment if it helps.
3

Reflect if useful

Tap Reflekt to ask for an AI response to the entry. It can be wrong, so compare it with your words. You can keep writing without using AI.
4

Finish the entry

Tap Next. The Mood Entry questions are optional: answer any that fit, or choose Skip. After the recap screen, tap Done.
5

Find your writing

Open Past to browse completed entries by date. If you chose Save and exit instead, open Past → Drafts to resume unfinished writing.
A completed entry may show Waiting to sync while it is saved on this iPhone and still reaching your account. Keep the app connected and check again later.
Continue with Day and Evening, Write an entry, or Past and Drafts. Read AI limitations and safety before relying on a reflection.
