I cannot find unfinished writing
Open Past → Drafts and look for the draft’s original date. If you were writing earlier today, try the same Day or Evening path from Home. Save and exit keeps a draft; Clear and exit discards unfinished writing.An entry says Waiting to sync
The entry is still on this iPhone while the account operation is pending. Reconnect, keep the app available, and check again. Make sure Profile shows the account you expect. A newly completed entry may not be available to Ask Lucy until sync finishes.Reflekt or Ask Lucy cannot answer
Check the connection and try again. Reflekt needs entry text. Lucy may have little relevant history or may show limited coverage; do not treat a thin answer as a complete account of your past. AI can also invent a detail or give incorrect feature instructions. Expand Sources where present and open available entries to check the answer.
